Shipping Information
We will do our best to fulfil all orders within 28 (twenty-eight) days, but in exceptional cases, such as where items are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the time delay.
Pictu Limited uses the Royal Mail to deliver its packages.
Rates depend upon weight and destination and are calculated at checkout.
Packages bound for all other destinations may be sent by Airmail, at the customer’s own risk.
Certain high-risk destinations may not be presented with the Airmail option.
Payment
Pictu Limited offers a secure buying process. We accept certain credit cards and use the PayPal's secure payment system to process your order. Your card details are secured using industry-standard SSL and are not stored by us or made available to us.
Cancellation
Following the day on which goods are received, you have 7 (seven) days in which to change your mind and cancel the order, upon which you will receive a full refund.
Returns
Returns Policy: claims will be accepted for damages or shortages if reported to Pictu Limited within 7 (seven) days of receipt, and we request that that all customers open envelopes/ boxes and check them as soon as possible after receipt.
A note for non-U.K. residents
Please ensure any returned items are labelled correctly and include accurate customs documentation. Pictu Limited will not be held responsible for packages seized by customs officials.
